2) Firm should be able to supply minimum 200 nos. of parted, proof machined, UT Tested Steel billet of specified dimension per heat / Cast.
"3. The vendor should have following manufacturing facilities with them:
a) Blast Furnace with L.D. converter (Basic Oxygen Furnace) or Electric Arc Furnace Or induction Furnace."
b) Continuos caster or Bottom pouring ingot casting facility
c)Ladle Refining furnace along with Argon purging system.
d) Vacuum degassing furnace along with Argon purging system.
e) Soaking Pits or Pre heating Furnace suitable for processing of tendered item.
f) Forging or Rolling Mill to maintain adequate reduction ratio to obtain desired metallurgical micro structure.
