(iii) Firm has to submit material test reports of chemical and mechanical and other properties as per Chromium Plating on Obturating Spindle to drg. No. D-3053054 Rev A from NABL accredited lab along with supply
(iv) Firm should have facility of Hard Chrome Plating
(v) Firm should have Testing and measuring instrument for Hardness, Surface Roughness and Chrome layer thickness check. The bidding firms shall upload necessary documents in support with their technical bid

The bidder should have successfully executed the supply order of Shell Bars/Parted Billets item in last five years to any Govt. /PSU/Reputed Private organisation. The bidder should submit copy of Purchase Order and documentary proof of successful execution of respective Purchase Order such as CRAC, Inspection Note full PO quantity, and Certificate from the consignee, document showing payment received against PO etc along with the bid.
The bidder shall submit the copy of Profit and Loss Statement/ITR of last three financial years.
The firm should have suitable Steel Making Shop for making the desired grade of steel with minimum 35 MT Steel making and secondary refining capacity so as to manufacture minimum 30 MT.
The bidder has to submit list of Plant & Machineries (P&M) and measuring instruments available with them required to manufacture the items as per the subject drawing
The bidder should have Suitable Rolling Mill to maintain the required dimension as per drawing of the tendered item. The bidder should have suitable Annealing Furnace for annealing of the material.
