  • Institutionalized Quarterly User Interaction Meetings (UIMs) being attended by senior officers of SAG level to Industrial Employees at unit locations.
  • Regular supply of Engine Spares to Army for keeping the tank “on Road” conditions.
  • Regular meeting with end user i.e. Army Units for better under understanding of customer requirements.
  • Training of Army personnel for proper upkeep of Engine.
  • Regular meeting with Vendors for Development of trade Sources.  
  • Training of Army personnel for Operation and Maintenance at OFIL, Avadi.
  • Regular visits to units for Defect investigation, In situ repairs and Awareness Campaign.
  • Technical support provided to 112 army units (296 personnel).
  • Booklet on Do’s and Don’ts (English & Hindi) along with engines.
