Dr J P Dash is a cadre officer of IOFS, under Ministry of Defence at Joint Secretary Level. Fellow of Institute of Directors with 33 years’ Experience in Government, PSUs, Academics. He is heading National Academy of Defence Production (NADP), Worked as CEO of India Government Mint, Hyderabad (IGMH). He is also Current Project Head of ERP in Munitions India Limited. He is a Doctorate (Social Marketing), PGDM in Public Policy (IIMB) M.B.A.(Finance), B.E (Electrical) with Certificate in HR from XLRI, Certification in Corporate Governance and ESG, Impact Leader in ESG, Trainer in CAPSTON Simulation, and Recognized user in Direct Trainer Skills, Design of Training & Evaluation of Training by DOPT. He worked in multiple domains such as Manufacturing, SCM, R&D, HRD and Training, Finance and Administration, Project Management, IT & Quality. He is a qualified Independent Director under MCA. He holds ESG Expertise as Member of National Association of Impact Leaders for ESG. He got the First Indian Innovation award by SAP India. As CEO, Most Innovative Technology Award for environment by CII in 2022, Two Global Awards on Water Conservation Award & Environment Management by EEF, 2022. Award for Learning and Development by SPMCIL in 2021, IBC and Berkshire Business Leadership Award for Educational Excellence as CEO, NADP in 2023. He has undertaken several Consulting projects such as Modernization project for CAD & CAM, Restructuring & Variable Pay, HR Policy & Incentive Design, Strategic Planning, Industry 4.0, ERP, Cadre Restructuring, and Recommendation for Pay Commission. He worked as Editor in European Journal of Business Management, now on the Editorial Board of Calcutta Journal of Global Affairs, published more than 10 papers in National and International Journals. His Patent for Numismatic Display has been published. He has published three books on; My Encounter with Cancer: Memoirs of a Survivor, I can and I will 2020, Nizam’s Mint to a People’s Museum, A Pride of Deccan Heritage and Technology, 2023, Finding your Ikigai, A Journey through Life of Leaders’, 2023. He has created a new Tourist destination by renovating Old Nizam’s Mint and dedicating the same to the nation as a numismatic museum during Azadi ke Amrit Mahotsav. He represented India in IBSA forum in South Africa on behalf of Ministry of Defence in 2011.

S A N MURTHY, General Manager
S.A.N.Murthy IOFS, a graduate in Electronics, embarked on a distinctive journey with a focus on M.Sc(Tech) Engineering Physics, specializing in Lasers and Applied and Modern Optics. His academic pursuits culminated in the attainment of an M.Tech in Lasers and Electro-Optics, establishing a robust foundation in the fields of Electro-Optics and Optoelectronics. Over the course of his career, Mr. Murthy played pivotal roles in Research and Development, participated in global tenders for Defence Ministry projects, and achieved notable success in securing orders for advanced Night Vision devices designed for Armoured Vehicles during his 17 years tenure at the Opto-Electronics Factory a unit of IOL DPSU. Demonstrating a keen sense of innovation, he contributed papers that garnered recognition within the scientific community. During his nine-year tenure at the Armoured Vehicle Group at Ordnance Factory Medak a unit of AVNL DPSU, he made substantial contributions to system development, Design Document Data Management Systems, Net Quality Database Management systems, and facility upgrades. Proficient in quality systems, Mr. Murthy spearheaded ISO 9000 certifications and showcased expertise in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering maintenance, successfully overseeing the execution of mega projects at HEPF a unit of MIL DPSU. Presently, Mr. Murthy leverages his wealth of experience to educate, imparting knowledge on Technology Management and Innovation to PGDM (BM) students. Renowned for his distinctive approach in creating effective systems, he continues to inspire future innovators. His diverse array of training programs, courses, and workshops underscore his proficiency in design, quality systems, and industrial automation. Committed to society, Mr. Murthy, trained as an Art of Living Teacher under the mentorship of the world-renowned spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravishankar, aims to create a happy and stress-free life for beneficiaries. Additionally, he is committed to fostering a green environment and advocates for the all-purpose environmentally friendly tree "Simarauba Glauca," known in India as "Lakshmi Taru." In summary, S. A.
