OBJECTIVES TO ATTAIN CORPORATE MISSION & VISION
- The prime objective is to make quality steel forging and feed sister ordnance factories in the form of PYT gun barrels, cartridge cases, shell bars and miscellaneous bar products.
- To manufacture non-ferrous rods, blanks, strips as well as Die casting.
- To maintain and strengthen the factory core competence of producing and supplying high technology product.
- Growth based on the optimal utilization of available infrastructure with further judicious investment.
- To increase the productivity by continual quality improvement measures, R&D efforts and increased efficiency of all plants and processes.
- To effect the delivery of products as per time schedule.
