We, the employees of Gun & Shell Factory manufacturing GUNS, SHELLS & FUZE items are committed to provide products & services meeting customers’ requirements as per laid down specification ensuring safety and reliability at optimum price. We further commit to continually improve our quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction.

QUALITY OBJECTIVE

*. Monitoring of  quality to ensure adherence to the laid down standards.

*. Supply of products & services within delivery scheduled in consultation with customer.

*. Continual process improvements thereby improving quality standards.

*. Supply products & services at mutually agreed price

*. Customer complaints will be settled withing 4 (four) months.

*. To reduce RFR by 2.5% of previous year percentage.

*. To maintain process capability i.e. CPK > 1 for critical identified processes
